The companies DS Smith AD Skopje and RZ Inter-Transshped AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange Quotation subsegment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish a financial plan for 2025 and failure to publish an explanation for the same, whereby the issuers did not act in accordance with Article 42, paragraph 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.

The company ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola, listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange Quotation subsegment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish a financial plan for 2025, whereby the issuer did not act in accordance with Article 42, paragraph 1 of the Listing Rules.
