We inform you that on January 14, 2025, the Stock Exchange deleted one of the reasons for entering the issuers Geras Cunev Trgovija AD Strumica and Geras Cunev Konfekcia AD Strumica on the Watchlist that is published on the website of the Stock Exchange, due to the completion of the procedures for taking over these companies.

The basis for entering the Watchlist for the issuers Geras Cunev Trgovia AD Strumica and Geras Cunev Konfektion AD Strumica were extended on 25.10.2024, in accordance with 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the announcement of the intention to make takeover bids for these publishers.
