According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-backs on 30.07.2025:
 
-Nova Stokovna Kuka AD Strumica bought 16 ordinary share for the price of MKD 340.000,00 per share, through one block transaction.
-Nemetali Ograzden AD Strumica bought 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.900,00 per share, through 1 transaction.

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.07.2025 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:
