MSE Board of Directors on the session held on 24.12.2007 adopted a Decision to publicly warn OHIS AD Skopje. The imposed sanction is for not obeying the rule 6.09. paragraph 2, of the MSE Listing Rules, regarding the Disclosure of the cumulative, unconsolidated and unaudited Profit and loss accounts for the first, second and the third quarter. Disclosure of the financial statements is one of the common obligations that are stipulated in the Listing rules of the MSE and are of great importance for decision making and for the price setting of the company’s shares. If OHIS AD Skopje in the following reporting period doesn’t disclose the financial statements according to the Listing Rules of the MSE the shares issued by OHIS AD Skopje will be delisted from the Official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
