Delisting of shares issued by Geras Cunev Confection AD Strumica and Geras Cunev Trgovija AD Strumica

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange has adopted a Decision to delist shares issued by Geras Cunev Konfekcija AD Strumica with ISIN MKGECK101012 and code GECK and Geras Cunev Trgovija AD Strumica with ISIN MKGECT101013 and code GECT, due to the transformation of the companies into limited liability companies (LLC). The shares issued by Geras Cunev Confection AD Strumica and Geras Cunev Trgovija AD Strumica will be delisted from the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, starting from 24.11.2025 (Monday).
