The companies Geras Cunev Konfekcija AD Strumica, Geras Cunev Trgovija AD Strumica and Oranzeriis Hamzali AD Strumica, listed on the Official Market of the Mandatory Listing sub-segment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website due to failure to publish complete materials for the shareholders' meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting, whereby the issuers failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.
