Removal of the issuer RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje from the Watch List

We would like to inform you that on 02.06.2025, the Stock Exchange removed the issuer RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje from the Watch List published on the Stock Exchange website, due to the fact that the procedure for the takeover of the company has been completed.

The issuer RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje was entered on the Watch List on 10.01.2025, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the announced intention to take over the company.
