The companies RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje and Zito Karaorman AD Kicevo, listed on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website due to failure to publish unaudited financial statements for the period 01.01.-30.06.2025 and an explanation for them within the prescribed period, thereby failing to act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of the Listing Rules.
