The company Fakom AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Mandatory Listing subsegment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, has been issued a public warning via the website of the Stock Exchange, due to the fact that it has not timely published all the information necessary for assessing the current state of the company and information about changes in the financial situation, and thus the issuer has not acted in accordance with Article 32, paragraph 1 and Article 35, paragraph 1, line 1 of the Listing Rules.
