Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 11.12.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 11.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.600 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 11.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 103 ordinary shares, - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 183 ordinary shares.
