Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 03.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 03.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 841 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 4 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 03.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje – 1.216 ordinary shares, - Mavrovo AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 54 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 39 preferred shares.
