We would like to inform a decision was made to include the issuer Makosped AD Skopje on the "Watch List" which is published on the website of the Stock Exchange, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules.

The inclusion of the company Makosped AD Skopje on the "Watch List" is intended to draw the attention of the investing public to the fact that a procedure for the merger of another company with the issuer is underway.
