Sale of shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 06.07.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of shares on 06.07.2005: - Makpetrol AD Skopje sold 3.251 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 15.000 per share, through 1 block trade. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.07.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 1.370 ordinary shares.
