We inform you that on 24.03.2026, the Stock Exchange removed the issuer Makosped AD Skopje from the Watch List published on the Stock Exchange website, due to the completion of the merger procedure.

The issuer Makosped AD Skopje was added on the Watch List on 11.02.2026, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the announcement by the company of a concluded Agreement for the harmonization of the conditions under which the merger of companies will be carried out, until the completion of the merger procedure.
