We hereby inform you that on September 28, 2026, the Exchange removed the issuer Fakom AD Skopje from the Watch List published on the Exchange’s website, as the preliminary proceedings initiated to examine the conditions for opening bankruptcy proceedings against the company have been halted.

The issuer Fabrika Karposh AD Skopje had been placed on the Watch List on July 17, 2026, pursuant to Article 61-a of the Listing Rules, following the company's announcement regarding the initiation of preliminary proceedings to examine the conditions for opening bankruptcy proceedings against it, and pending the conclusion of said proceedings.
