Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that by request of shareholders-owners of preferred shares issued by the bank and in accordance with the Decision of the Assembly of 24.03.2004 for conversion of preferred shares to ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, the Central Securities Depositary has converted 1.487 preferred shares to 1.487 ordinary shares issued by the bank. After this change, the number of shares issued by the bank is as follows: - 156.032 preferred shares and - 1.858.035 ordinary shares.
