The companies DS Smith AD Skopje, Pelisterka AD Skopje and FAKOM AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish audited financial statements and annual report on operations, adopted by the Shareholders' Assembly, whereby the companies did not act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 1 of the Listing Rules.

The company Fakom AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, is also issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish an unaudited consolidated income statement - for the period 01.01.2026-31.03.2026, whereby the company did not act in accordance with Article 40, item 2 of the Listing Rules.
