The companies Fabrika Karpoš AD Skopje, ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola and International Hotels AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish audited financial statements and annual report on operations, adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting, whereby the companies have not acted in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 1 of the Listing Rules.

The companies Fabrika Karpoš AD Skopje and International Hotels AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish the complete materials for the Shareholders' Meeting within two days of the public call, whereby the companies have not acted in accordance with Article 39, item 5 of the Listing Rules.
