The companies TEAL AD Tetovo, GTC AD Skopje, RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje and Sileks AD Kratovo, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish audited financial statements and annual report on operations, adopted by the Shareholders' Assembly, whereby the companies did not act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 1 of the Listing Rules.

The company Pelisterka AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish an unaudited consolidated income statement - for the period 01.01.2026-31.03.2026, whereby the company did not act in accordance with Article 40, item 2 of the Listing Rules.
