The company Tehnokomerc AD Skopje whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish audited financial statements and annual report on operations, adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting, whereby the companies have not acted in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 1 of the Listing Rules.
