The issuer ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola was placed on the Watch List on October 19, 2026, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the initiation of preliminary proceedings to examine the conditions for opening bankruptcy proceedings against the company, pending the conclusion of said proceedings.
