The issuer Oranzerii Hamzali AD Strumica, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website for failure to publish complete materials for the shareholders' meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.
