The issuer Vabtek MZT AD Skopje and the issuer Nemetali Ograzden AD Strumica, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, are hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website for failure to publish complete materials for the shareholders' meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting, whereby the issuers failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.

The company Internesnel Hotels AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, has been issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website, due to failure to publish the unaudited income statement for the period 01.01.-31.03.2026 within the prescribed period, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 2 of the Listing Rules.
