The company Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje, whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish all amendments and supplements to the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 6 of the Listing Rules.
